Rooted in history and spirituality, this charm encapsulates the immense power of faith. As tiny as a mustard seed, it represents the potential for greatness to emerge from the smallest of beginnings. Across cultures and teachings, this symbol embodies hope, growth, and the strength of belief.

The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed that someone took and sowed in his field; it is the smallest of all the seeds, but when it has grown it is the greatest of shrubs and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and make nests in its branches.”

It is a prayer of oneness and harmony with all forms of life: other people, animals, birds, insects, trees and plants, and even rocks, rivers, mountains and valleys.  Native American; to celebrate winter solstice;

Prayer sticks were made in honor of an ancestor or native deity and planted in ceremony on the Solstice.  Artists are invited to make a prayer sticks to be displayed at the event, and participate in a simple non-religious solstice ceremony to integrate all of the prayers placed in the sticks and send them out into the world.
